Originally from Macedonia, Lundrim is an Albanian barber specializing in skin fades and short hairstyles. Inspired by a close friend and his barber back home, he was drawn to the creativity, challenge, and continuous learning that come with the craft.
Before barbering, Lundrim played professional soccer and now spends his time outside the shop coaching young athletes. He chose UPPR MGMT because of its focus on training, development, and long-term opportunities for barbers.
For Lundrim, barbering is about more than the haircut. He enjoys learning about his clients’ backgrounds, cultures, hobbies, and careers while building genuine connections. His goal is for every client to feel that they have not only a trusted barber, but also a friend.
