Charlie began his barbering career in 2026 after first being introduced to the industry as a client at UPPR MGMT. Drawn to the shop’s culture, style, and atmosphere, he chose to pursue his barber education through UPPR MGMT because it already felt like home to him. As a barber in training, Charlie is focused on continuously improving his craft and delivering quality service with every client experience.
