Frequently Asked Questions
Appointments can be canceled or rescheduled up to 1 hour before the scheduled time, unless otherwise stated. If you do not cancel within this time frame, you are fully responsible for 100% of the cost of the services booked.
You can cancel your appointment in one of two ways: by following the link provided in your text or email confirmation received at the time of booking.
We are cashless, although barbers accept tips in cash!
Walk-ins are welcomed to book through our kiosk but appointments are not guaranteed. Book online to avoid disappointment!
We do offer kids cuts, however our prices are based on the level of barber!
Children must be a minimum of 2 years old and capable of sitting for the duration of the appointment. Refunds will not be given in the event the barber can not provide a full service due to the child’s behavior or inability to sit for the appointment.

At our Toronto location paid parking is available outside of the shop.
There is also parking located underground in the condo building.
At Streetsville parking is directly out front of the shop!
