Allen is a barber at the Etobicoke, parklawn location. He excels in blending precision and creativity, working full-time as a Project Manager for a high-rise residential construction company while pursuing his passion as a part-time Barber at UPPR MGMT. Barbering began as a creative outlet during the pandemic, as he took up the challenge of perfecting the fade while cutting the hair of friends and family.. What started as a simple act of care transformed into a passionate pursuit, showcasing how even in the toughest times, creativity and compassion can shape our most rewarding endeavors
